Most of what we make is either machine die cut, engraved with lasers, or cut from high quality plywood on 3-Axis CNC routers OR completely measure, cut, and completed by hand (on a hand-me-down sewing machine), so, for as precise as the former manufacturing style is, the latter will be equally as variable.
As I used to say when I was in sales, if you have a problem with something you bought, tell us about it and we'll do what we can to make you happy, and without all of the cussing that was seemingly de rigueur when I was selling plumbing in Manhattan.

For days 31+ (or if the damage is from use, but can be fixed) we will do all of that at our discretion.
